Visitors!

This past weekend I had visitors! Joni, Clay, and Daniel came to check-out the apartment and tour the campus of UNO. After they arrived on Sunday, we went to the French Quarter to get a little something to eat. We all had muffulettas at Café Maspero and then we went down the street a couple of blocks to Café Du Monde to have beignets.

Monday morning we slept in. After everyone awoke, we went to the University of New Orleans, where Daniel and Clay got to see the Film Department and the Library, among other things. On their way out of town, Joni brought the guys by NIMS, a collaboration between several parishes, the state, and the university, and they got a tour of the studio. It was nice having you guys visit!

I try to bring everyone that comes visit to the French Quarter and have to have some of the local favorites--including beignets and muffulettas. I also have a couple of other local favorites that a lot of people who visit the city do not know about. When Chris gets some time off and you are ready to travel with Cashlin, ya'll should come visit. I'll try to show you a good time, cher.
